Payment terms and conditions

1. Selection of tickets

When you click on Buy Ticket in the Programme section, you will be redirected to a page where you can select your seat. If there is a seating chart available, select the seat you would like on the seating chart by clicking on it and the seat will become highlighted with a black background. If there is no seating chart available, type the number of tickets you require. The quantity and total cost of the selected seats will be displayed under the seating chart.

Please note that the cheapest seats in the Perm Opera and Ballet Theatre in the balcony area have restricted views and they are regarded as entrance tickets. The management takes no responsibility for your decision regarding purchase of such tickets.

2. Payment method

After clicking on Buy Tickets on the seat selection page, you will be redirected to the Sberbank of Russia electronic payments website, where you can pay for your order with a VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, or MasterCard Electronic credit card. Upon successful completion of payment, the total cost of your order will be transferred from your account; otherwise your order will not be completed. Unpaid orders are stored in the system for 15 minutes.

3. Picking up tickets

Purchased tickets may be picked up at the box office of the Perm Opera and Ballet Theatre or at the venue, 30 minutes before the start of the event. To pick up your tickets, you will need to present the passport (or other ID) of the person whose contacts (name and phone number) were filled out in the order form, and provide the order number that is given on your E-Ticket.

4. Ticket pick up policy

Purchased tickets must be obtained at the theatre’s box office, which is located at 25A/1 Petropavlovskaya St., Perm (to the right of the main building of the theatre), at any time during box office working hours (daily from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.), or at the venue, 30 minutes before the start of the event. To collect your tickets, you will need to present the buyer’s passport (or other ID) and the E-ticket with your order number – either in printed form, or on your tablet or smartphone screen.

5. Ticket refund policy

You can get a refund only in the situation when the performance is cancelled. In any other case when you miss the production you can use your tickets as an admission ticket for any performance during the season (please give a call on +7 (342) 212-30-87 or 212-54-85 from 10 am to 7 pm to make sure we have available seats for you).

Please mention the information below:

  1. Festival doesn’t keep your bank card information; all paying information is transmitted via protected channels.
  2. If the purchase failed, please make sure that you were not charged for the ticket. You can either make a second try or you can send a message via our website with a request to book tickets for you.
